2.First aid measures

Insoluble in water, soluble in alcohol, ether. 4-Bromotoluene has the Synonyms of 1-Brom-4-methylbenzol; it is mainly used for organic synthesis of raw materials and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The Molecular Formula is C7H7Br, Molecular Weight is 171.04, and the CAS Registry Number is 106-38-7.
Here is a brief introduction to make 4-Bromotoluene
Production methods: by toluidine diazotization, replacement derived. First add crushed hot sulfuric acid solution of p-toluidine, cooled to 5C, slowly adding sodium nitrite solution to starch iodide test paper turns blue. Then add a small amount of urea destroy excess sodium nitrite. The synthesized cuprous bromide and then adding hydrobromic acid, heated to boiling and then slowly added to the above diazonium salt, subjected to distillation to date no oil. Washed, dried, filtered, atmospheric distillation, collecting 183-185 Cfractions derived products. Cuprous bromide - hydrobromic acid solution can be prepared press law: the copper sulfate, copper scrap, sodium bromide dihydrate, concentrated sulfuric acid and water was heated at reflux for 3-4h, until the solution becomes yellow, is cuprous bromide - hydrobromic acid solution.
